Founded by three passionate individuals – Tanya, Nicola, and Karen – TNK Catering was born out of a shared love for the vibrant flavors and soulful dishes of our homeland, Jamaica.
At TNK Catering, we take pride in our roots, drawing inspiration from traditional Caribbean cooking and recipes passed down through generations.

Beyond our passion for food, TNK Catering is deeply rooted in aiding the vulnerable within the community by feeding the homeless through Torchlight Ministry. We believe in giving back and empowering the community to stay strong.

Tanya Sinclair is one of three founders of TNK Catering. Her love and passion for cooking traditional Caribbean food comes from her mother and stepfather who are Jamaicans. Tanya used to watch both parents prepare and cook food and gave to people who did not have dinner or food to feed their children. Tanya’s aim is to educate people on how to cook a healthy Caribbean cuisine.

Nicola Anglin is one of three founders of TNK Food. Her enthusiasm is based on her love for creating vegan meals and natural skincare products. Nicola was a manager for 13 years managing intense workloads, her managerial capabilities will help her in managing the books and keep financial record up to date. Nicola is also a passionate chef, who loves to create delicious meal on the weekend when she does Friday Kitchen.

Nicole Francis is one of the three founders and chefs of TNK food. She is very passionate about food, baking and specialising in Caribbean cuisine, However, she enjoys cooking food from around the world. Growing up she found her love for cooking and trying different flavours and techniques.
